Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase.

Dispatch may take longer during busy periods, sales, or new bundle drops. We'll email you if anything is going to be delayed beyond the window above.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 working days, depending on the courier and service used.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your bundle and delivery address, and will always be shown before you complete your order.

Given how much bundles vary in size — a Starter bundle fits a small parcel, Mega Wholesale is closer to 7–8kg — rates are set per tier or by calculated weight rather than one flat number for everything.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracked delivery. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Larger Bundles (Business & Mega Wholesale)

Due to their size and weight, Business and Mega Wholesale bundles may ship via a different courier or service than smaller bundles, and may occasionally need an extra working day to pack. We'll keep you updated if this affects your order.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout — we can't take responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry an additional shipping charge.

International Orders

We don't currently offer international shipping.
